Subscription Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made mid-term.
Template Purchases:
- All existing templates available in the panel come with no one-time charges.
- If a customized template is requested, a one-time purchase fee will be applied.
- Customized template purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided, except under the following circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge to request a review and potential refund.
- Service Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
- One-Time Purchases: Templates and other one-time purchases are non-refundable.
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
- Annual Subscriptions: No partial refunds are provided for cancellations made mid-term.
Process for Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at wecare@ourofficialsite.com with your account details and a description of the issue. Refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 7 business days.
If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
